This Cookie Policy explains how InnoClaim Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, www.innoclaim.ai (the “Website”). It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.
Read it with our Privacy Policy for the full picture of how we use information about you.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as pixels, tags, and local storage, do a comparable job. Together they let a site remember your actions and preferences, understand how the site is used, and, in some cases, deliver advertising.
Throughout this policy, “cookies” covers cookies and these similar technologies.
The law that applies
Our use of cookies is governed by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR. The rules changed on 5 February 2026 under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025. Consent is no longer required for certain low-risk cookies, including first-party analytics used solely to improve our Website and cookies that remember your display or accessibility preferences. We still tell you about these cookies and give you a way to opt out. Cookies that are not essential and fall outside those exemptions, in particular anything used for advertising or shared with third parties for their own purposes, are set only with your consent.
The cookies we use
We group the cookies on our Website into four categories.
1. Strictly necessary cookies. These are required for the Website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They support core functions such as security, network management, load balancing, and remembering your cookie choices. They do not require your consent. If you block them through your browser, parts of the site may not work.
2. Analytics and performance cookies. These help us understand how visitors find and use the Website, which pages are visited, and where we can improve. Where these cookies are first-party and the information is used solely by us to improve the Website, we rely on the exemption introduced on 5 February 2026 and do not ask for your consent, but you can opt out at any time (see “Managing your cookies” below). Where an analytics provider would use the information for its own purposes, we treat those cookies as requiring your consent and set them only if you agree.
3. Functionality and preference cookies. These remember choices you make, such as display or accessibility settings, so the Website behaves the way you expect on your next visit. They fall within the same exemption and are set without consent, and you can clear them through your browser at any time.
4. Advertising and targeting cookies. These record your visit and are used to make advertising more relevant to you, often set by third-party advertising partners and shared with them. We do not currently use advertising or targeting cookies on our Website. If that changes, we will update this policy and set them only after you have given consent through our cookie banner.
The table below lists the cookies and similar technologies this Website currently sets. We use no advertising or targeting cookies, and no third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update both this table and the policy above.

Managing your cookies
When you first visit the Website you are shown a cookie banner. For any cookie that requires consent, you can accept, reject, or set your preferences, and you can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Guidance for the main browsers is available at aboutcookies.org and allaboutcookies.org. If you block all cookies, including strictly necessary ones, some parts of the Website may not work.
To opt out of Google Analytics across all websites, you can install Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Third-party cookies and international transfers
Some analytics or functionality services we use are provided by third parties, and those providers may set their own cookies and process information outside the United Kingdom. We do not control third-party cookies, and we suggest you check the relevant provider’s own policy. Where a provider processes personal data outside the UK, we put appropriate safeguards in place, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or in the law. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
